first_imgJob Vacancy: A popular hotel, bar and restaurant in the heart of Letterkenny is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.We are recruiting for a dedicated Sous Chef with experience, drive and ambition for Mc Gettigans Hotel and Warehouse Bar + Kitchen.Reporting to the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be organised, efficient and have strong team leader skills and have the ability to assume responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.   At least 2 years recent experience of a Sous chef level position required.
